Kyangjing Gompa Trek (08 days)
Kyangjing gompa lies in the Langtang which is the nearest mountainous region from Kathmandu. It lies to the north of Kathmandu valley and just south of Tibetan border. The Langtang valley is surrounded by high peaks of great appeal. It become famous ever since the British mountaineer Bill Tillman described it as the most beautiful valley in the world. The highest peaks that can be seen in this area are Sisapangma (Tibetan mountain border) Ganesh Himal range, Langtang, Langtang Ri, Dorjelakpa, Langsisa Ri and many more. The Sherpas in this region have traditions and cultures that are different to those in the Everest region. This trek can be customized according to the needs of our clients. The trek starts from Dhunche.

Itinerary

Day 01: Drive to trailhead Syabrubensi (1460m) & over night
Day 02: Syabrubesi (1460m) - Lama Hotel (2470m)
Day 03: Lama Hotel (2478m) - Langtang Village (3430m)
Day 04: Lngtang village (3430m) - Kyanjing Gompa (3850)
Day 05: After 3 hrs upward trek we reach Yala Peak from where panoramic view of the Langsisa Himal, Bhairab Takura, Dorje Lakpa, Yala and Lirung Glacier can be seen. If you have two days more then you can go up to Langsisa kharka with camping gear.
Day 06: Kyanjing Gompa (3850)- Lama Hotel (2470m)
Day 07: Lama Hotel - (2130m) Syabrubensi (1460m
Day 08: Drive back to Kathmandu.

Trek Cost:
Minimum Group Size: 2 Pax US$

Trek Services Include:
7-Day Kyangjing Gompa lodge trek with trek guide, porters, accommodation in local lodges, meals (breakfast/lunch/dinner), trek permit & Park fees, contribution to guide transport, guide/porter insurance.

Cost Will Not Include:
Personal equipment; hotels/meals in Kathmandu tips; client insurance of any kind; cost of evacuation (if any); bottled/alcoholic drinks; snacks/desserts, beverages  (tea/coffee) - other than at breakfast - while on trek; Nepal visa costs; international airport taxes and other expenses of personal nature.
